About delivery

Takami Seiki Co., Ltd. will deliver the ordered product by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
Please note that the delivery company is not specified by the customer.

Delivery time is usually two weeks after receiving an order. It will be about one month when the product is out of stock.
We kindly ask you to place an order with a margin.

The shipping fee is as follows per unit。
Domestic: 1,000 yen (excluding tax) for Honshu, 1,500 yen (excluding tax) for Hokkaido and Kyushu
Overseas: It will be the actual cost of EMS (Express Mail Service). Details of shipping costs will be announced after the order is confirmed.

・The quantity that can be sent in one mouth varies depending on the size and shape of the product. We will notify you in advance if multiple units will be shipped.

・If you would like to check if it can be included, or if you would like to include separate orders, please contact us using the inquiry form or by phone.

・Even if the item is in stock on the website, it may be “out of stock” when you place an order because the item is shared with the actual store.
In that case, we will contact you to that effect. Thank you for your understanding.
