How to order

Takami Seiki Co., Ltd. has the following three ordering methods for purchasing standard products.

(1) Ordering with a shopping cart

Please enter the purchase quantity from each product page and click the “Add to Cart” button to proceed.

(2) Order by FAX

When using a fax order, please print or download the special order form below.

Application procedure by fax

1. Click “FAX Order Form” above to print or download the special order form.

2. Please fill in the required items on the special order form and fax it to the number below.

3. We will contact you to confirm your order within 3 business days by either contact method (FAX / email / TEL).
The payment method is bank transfer only. We will inform you of the total payment amount, so please transfer the amount.

4. After confirming the transfer, we will start the production of the product. If you are in a hurry, please let us know by phone (+81-49-224-4030) that the payment has been completed.

(3) Order by phone

※We accept orders via the web or fax 24 hours a day. However, please note that the order will be officially accepted when the order is accepted from our shop.

※We will contact you within 3 business days. If you do not contact us, please let us know by phone (+81-49-224-4030) just in case.

※Please be sure to fill in the customer contact information field on the special order form. In addition, please keep the order form you ordered in a safe place until the product arrives.

※If you order by fax, the only payment method is bank transfer (prepayment).

※Please do not pay by bank transfer until we inform you of the total payment amount.
