We ship outside of Japan, please read below.
PAYMENT
Credit Card : VISA Mastercard / Sending you secured mail with link after your order.
After confirming your order, we will send a payment request email (include shipping costs) to the specified email address.
Please access the URL in the body of the email and make a credit card payment.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We use Japan post EMS (Express Mail Service) for all international orders.
The item(s) will be shipped after full payment is confirmed. We will send an email with the tracking number after shipment is sent.
When receiving, a customs duty etc. sometimes occur by country.
In that case, please understand that the recipient pays the customs duty which occurred.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We cannot accept returns due to customer’s convenience. In the case of initial failure of the product, we will replace it with a substitute. We cannot provide a secondary warranty. Please note that.
* Please note that we cannot accept returns or replacements if more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived.
* If the product is replaced due to reasons attributable to us, we will bear all shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for the replacement of products due to customer reasons. Please note that.
